On the afternoon of November 24th, Changzhou semiconductor lighting Industry Technology Innovation Alliance held the 2022 annual Managers Forum meeting in our company. Nearly 30 operators attended the meeting. Zhou Weihua, Vice Chairman of Changzhou Association for Science and Technology, attended the meeting and made a speech. Yang Musheng, Executive Vice chairman, presided over the meeting.

01 | Managers Forum meeting

Liu Kai, General manager of Plusrite, was invited to speak at this forum. Mr. Liu focused on the company's development in recent years and the company's future development direction and other aspects to communicate and share with the participants. Plusrite has gone through 36 years of history, always taking "building a natural and harmonious light environment" as its mission, implementing the core values of "doing the right thing, doing the right thing better", taking "integrity, innovation, customer satisfaction" as its business philosophy, based on the global lighting industry, adhering to the spirit of "craftsman", and becoming the industry leader of sustainable growth.

After listening to Mr. Liu's speech, the participants had in-depth exchanges and discussions. The participants thanked Mr. Liu for his valuable experience in the process of business management, and combined with the development of their own enterprises to talk about the development process of feelings and experience.

Finally, Zhou Wenlong, president of the Alliance, made a summary of the meeting. He stressed that in 2023, the Alliance will actively practice "based on the new development stage, implement the new development concept, build a new development pattern, promote high-quality development" on more efforts, through digitization, indexing to interpret and guide the high-quality development of lighting industry.
